To Gillette Sand Dune Visitor Center

If you’ve enjoyed the Visitor Center, its programs, or the natural beauty of P.J. Hoffmaster State Park, we invite you to join our mission. Help us preserve these experiences for future generations! With your support, our Association can continue to fund educational programs that showcase the park’s unique ecosystems, and foster a love for the outdoors. Consider contributing to our endowment fund at the Community Foundation for Muskegon County, becoming a Friend of the Park, or making an annual donation. 

We also welcome new ideas and partnerships to help our community and the Gillette Nature Association grow. Please get in touch with our team to become a partner today!

Gillette Nature Association Endowment Fund

Contribute to our future and legacy through the Gillette Nature Association Endowment Fund at the Community Foundation for Muskegon County. Giving to our endowment fund through the Community Foundation of Muskegon County may provide some significant tax benefits not previously available through direct donations.

Make An Annual Donation

Our community’s generous donations have funded several improvements, including upgrading Visitor Center dioramas and exhibits and providing interpretive signage along the Dune Climb Stairway and Lake Michigan trail. We are currently working to designate funds for much-needed trail improvements for both guest and wildlife safety. If you’d like to contribute, please get in touch with our team today.

Friend of the Park:

$500-$1,499
As a Friend of the Park, you’ll receive a thank you and recognition letter. We appreciate your support!

Preserver:

$1,500-$2,499

As a Preserver, you’ll receive a thank you letter, certificate for display, and the option to include your name or company logo on the website.

Steward:

$2,500-$4,999

As a Steward, you’ll receive a thank you letter, certificate for display, four entries to the Turkey Trail Run, and the option to include your name or company logo on the website.

Conservator:

$5,000+
As a Conservator, you receive a thank you letter, wall plaque inside the Gillette Sand Dune Visitor Center, four entries to the Turkey Trail Run, one private guided hike for up to 15 people from park personnel, and the option to include your name or company logo on the website.
